Katie Knish

Katie Knish has held a variety of roles in the technology and healthcare industries. Katie started their career in 2012 as an Intern at Carolinas Healthcare System. In 2013, they joined IBM as a Consultant - Strategy and Analytics, where they developed cost-savings and rate-adjustment forecasts. In 2018, they moved to Tryon Medical Partners as a Data Architect / Business Process Analyst, where they worked with C-level leadership and physician stakeholders to define business requirements. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of North Star - Your Goals, where they were responsible for all requirements gathering, product development, design, marketing, customer service, analytics, and UAT testing. In 2020, they joined PayCLT as an Advisor and Novant Health as a Technical Product Manager, EIM Product Delivery. Katie also became Director of Operations & Innovation at the Carolina Fintech Hub. Finally, in 2022, they joined Alpha Theory as a Client Experience.

Katie Knish obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from both the National University of Singapore and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2008 and 2012.
