Luke Ascolillo

Luke Ascolillo has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Luke is currently working as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Alpha-9 Theranostics Inc. since March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of Clinical Operations at Hemab Therapeutics from October 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Luke worked at Codiak BioSciences where they had multiple roles, including Director of Clinical Operations and Translational Biomarkers from May 2021 to October 2021, Associate Director of Clinical Operations from July 2020 to May 2021, and Senior Project Manager from June 2019 to June 2020. Luke also worked at Genocea Biosciences as a Senior Project Manager from October 2016 to June 2019. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Tufts University, where they served as a Research Program Manager from February 2010 to October 2016 and as a Project Manager/Lab Supervisor at Tufts University School of Medicine from February 2006 to February 2010. Luke's career began at The Cadmus Group, where they worked as a Senior Analyst from November 2004 to February 2006. Luke also worked as a Lab Supervisor at Tufts University from September 1999 to November 2004.

Luke Ascolillo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry/Biophysics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1995 and 1998. Luke then pursued a Master of Public Health degree in Environmental Health from Tufts University School of Medicine from 1999 to 2000. Luke furthered their education with a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Tufts University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004.
