Monica Turcu-Bălin

Monica Turcu-Bălin has extensive work experience in various roles. In 2003, they started working at Dida Cont as an Economist, where they stayed until 2011. In 2011, they joined Transilvania Booking Turism as a Director until 2015. Since 2017, Monica has been working at Alphacomm - the fraud fighting platform, where they hold the position of HR Manager & Office Admin. Monica'sresponsibilities include office administration, such as coordinating office activities and operations, managing agendas and appointments, and handling phone calls and correspondence. Monica is also responsible for HR duties, such as assisting managers in implementing policies, recruiting staff, and administering payroll and employee records.

Monica Turcu-Bălin completed their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2006 at Universitatea Lucian Blaga Sibiu, where they earned a degree in Jurnalism. Monica then pursued further education from 2006 to 2009 at the same university and graduated with a degree in Administrea Afacerilor, specializing in Comert Turism Servicii.
