Kristen Leroy

Kristen LeRoy is a seasoned professional in content direction and customer success, currently serving as Team Lead for Directed Content at AlphaSense since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Stream by AlphaSense, where Kristen contributed as Team Lead and Research Manager from September 2021 to November 2023, focusing on enhancing qualitative insights for hedge fund analysts in various sectors. Kristen's career began in customer service, with positions at American Airlines and Apple, and included tour guiding with Holland America/Princess Alaska-Yukon Land Operations. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from GateWay Community College and has completed a Certified Coach Program in Executive Coaching from Coach Training Alliance, in addition to an Associate Degree in Holistic Health Care from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
