Lydia Hybels

Lydia Hybels currently serves as a Client Services Associate at AlphaSights, a global leader in knowledge on-demand, since June 2023. Lydia has gained extensive experience at Bucknell University, where roles include Admissions Ambassador, Statistics Grader, and Orientation Assistant, fostering connections and supporting student engagement and inclusion. Additionally, Lydia holds the position of New Member Orientation Director for Alpha Xi Delta, focusing on new member development, and serves as Community Engagement Director for the Bucknell Dance Company, organizing events to connect with the local community. Previous experience includes a Human Resources internship at The Borgen Project, a Food and Beverage Server position at Tedesco Country Club, and an internship at the Office of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, providing constituent support. Lydia is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations at Bucknell University, expected to graduate in 2024, after completing high school at Marblehead from 2016 to 2020.
