Marlene Gore has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Manager at Selective HR Solutions in 2000, where they worked until 2010. Marlene then moved to AlphaStaff, initially serving as a Human Resources Account Manager from 2010 to 2013 before being promoted to Director HR Services and Strategic Accounts in 2013.

Marlene Gore obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from the University of South Florida from 1992 to 1995. Marlene also holds a PHR certification.
