Paul Runyan

Paul Runyan joined AlphaStaff as Chief Client Officer (CCO) in March 2023. As CCO, Paul works with the teams to ensure they win the clients’ business every day. He is also responsible for client relationships and services, client solutions, and information technology.

Paul has over 20 years of leadership experience providing HR services to corporate clients and large organizations. He began his career as an aerospace engineer designing flight control systems for the Office of Naval Research. Paul uses the problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach he learned during this role to tackle the human capital and organizational challenges he has encountered throughout his career. His favorite part of his job is working to understand the clients’ business needs and identifying the right solutions for them so the clients can focus on what matters most to them.
