Amalia Dorfman

Amalia Dorfman currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at AlphaStruxure since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dorfman held several positions in human resources, including Director of Human Resources for North America and the US at Akelius Residential Property AB from June 2017 to May 2023, and Director of Human Resources and Payroll Manager at InTeahouse Inc. from January 2017 to June 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager/Payroll Manager at Regina Cleri Home and Power Home Remodeling Group, along with a role as Human Resources Generalist at ELA Contracting, LLC. Dorfman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Suffolk University and has been engaged in Dale Carnegie Training since 2019.
