Jessica Deronde

Jessica DeRonde is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR leadership roles. From March 2015 to July 2020, Jessica served as the Director of Human Resources at Baptist Health, where responsibilities included supervising a team of five while implementing data-driven HR programs for over 5,500 full-time employees. Jessica also oversaw HR operations at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville and Wolfson Children’s Hospital, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this, Jessica held positions at WORLDPAC as a HR Representative II and Assistant, managing talent acquisition and employee data. Jessica began a career in HR at Tastee, LLC, where responsibilities included employee relations and operational management. Jessica earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Information Systems from DeVry University.
