Bert van Oortmarssen

Bert van Oortmarssen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a senior software engineer at JRC/Alphatron Marine since February 2020, Bert previously held similar senior roles at Quality Equipment B.V. and Atos Worldline, where the latter acquired the former. Bert's earlier career includes programming and software engineering positions at AND software, AND electronic publishing, and AND IT Products from 1990 to 2000. Bert holds a Drs. degree in Physics from the University of Groningen, earned between 1978 and 1986.
