Timon de Vries is a Customer Support Engineer at JRC/Alphatron Marine since September 2018, overseeing application software for the Technical Support department, including Topdesk, RealWear, and Ubimax Frontline. Timon also managed the TOPdesk environment, ensuring technical support engineers are promptly informed about issues. Previously, Timon worked in customer service at Alternate Nederland, assisting with PC and computer components sales, and held roles in documentation, graphic design, and marketing at various companies, including Priva and Pietersen US Cars & Bikes. Timon holds an Allround DTP degree from Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam and an ICT degree from Albeda College.
