Alan Daniels

Alan Daniels is a Principal Software Engineer at Alphawave Semi, responsible for leading the development of graphical user interfaces for design validation and testing. Previously, as Founder, CEO, and CTO of Softdrive, Alan developed cloud PCs aimed at enhancing business productivity. As a Senior Software Development Engineer at AMD, Alan addressed complex end-user issues within the company's graphics stack. Notable entrepreneurial experience includes a selection as one of 36 young innovators in Canada through The Next 36. Alan served as President of Hacker Academy, fostering a community for tech enthusiasts, and gained early experience at AMD as a Software Development Intern, where contributions included the development of Enhanced Sync. Alan holds a degree from the University of Toronto and completed secondary education at St. Andrew's College.
