Ridam Jaiswal

Ridam Jaiswal began their work experience in 2016 as a Consultant at Spectrum Consultants India Private Limited. They then joined Alphawave Semi in 2017 as a Recruitment Analyst before progressing to the role of Senior Human Resources Analyst. In 2021, they became a Senior Human Resources Analyst-II, and as of January 2023, Ridam holds the position of Lead HR Analyst at Alphawave Semi.

Ridam Jaiswal is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. In 2013, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Ridam has also earned several certifications, including Interviewing Techniques, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, Strategic Human Resources, Learning Excel 2019, What's Next: Reinventing Work in the New Normal, and Effective Listening, all from LinkedIn.
