Shanawaz Ali

Shanawaz Ali is a Senior Engineer I specializing in ASIC Design at Alphawave Semi since December 2022, with experience in low power design on the 12FFC TSMC node. Previously, Shanawaz served as an Engineer in ASIC Design at OpenFive from July 2020 to August 2023, focusing on sub-block ownership through PnR stages to achieve Timing/IR/PV closure on the 24nm GF process. Earlier experience includes an internship at Open-Silicon, Inc. and SiFive from June 2019 to July 2020. Shanawaz holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bengal Institute Of Technology, completed in 2020.
