Marie-Charlotte Dardevet

Marie-Charlotte Dardevet is an experienced quality manager with a strong background in the food industry, currently serving as Responsable qualité at Alpina Savoie since August 2023. Previously, Marie-Charlotte held the same title at PROLACTINE FRANCE, where responsibilities included the creation and updating of sanitary approval files, HACCP implementation, certification processes, and staff training. Marie-Charlotte has also worked at Laiterie Baïko, achieving high-level certifications, and at Groupe Pierre Martinet, assisting in quality management and regulatory compliance. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Food Process Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, supplemented by a BTS in Dietetics from Horizon santé.
