Caroline Sharples has been working in the manufacturing industry for over two decades, holding various management positions at top companies such as Mizkan Europe Ltd, Premier Foods, and Nestle UK. Caroline started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Nestle UK before moving up the ranks to become a Site Manager and Finance Manager at Premier Foods. Currently, Caroline serves as the Factory General Manager at Mizkan Europe Ltd. Caroline received their education from Ashton Sixth Form College and Stamford High School.
