Sharon Young

Sharon Young, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Sharon has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise in business management, finance, and strategy.

From 2019 to present, Sharon has been working at Alpine Bank as an Assistant Vice President and previously as an Accounting Officer. Sharon has also worked as a Business Manager and Consultant, offering logistics management, business consulting, and technical support to local friends and businesses.

Sharon has experience as an Administrative Services Manager at SGM Inc., where they supervised administrative teams, provided project management support, and developed new business capabilities. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations and Certification Program/Conference Education Director at the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP), where they managed non-profit association programs and led strategic planning and marketing activities.

Sharon also has experience as an Assistant Manager and Design Consultant at Niemann's Gardens, an independently owned gardening center and nursery. Sharon Young, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Harding University, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in music at Harding University from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Sharon has also obtained various certifications, including a Complete SQL Bootcamp certification from Udemy in December 2018, a Finding and Retaining High Potentials certification and a Gamification of Learning certification from LinkedIn in June 2017, an 18 CE Hours certification from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence in November 2016, and a Business Analysis Fundamentals certification and Creating a Marketing Growth System certification from Lynda.com in August 2016.
