Sarah Hagerman

Sarah Hagerman is an accomplished leadership and organizational development expert with extensive experience in executive assessment, coaching, and consulting. As the Founder and Managing Partner at Sarabande Leadership since January 2021, Sarah specializes in fostering growth-oriented leaders and teams. In addition to this role, Sarah serves as an Alpine PeopleFirst Executive Coach and Consultant at Alpine Investors and as Principal & Leadership Consultant at Blake Street Group. Sarah is also the Managing Director & Leadership Partner at Green Peak Partners, focusing on enhancing talent and capability for private equity investors. Prior experience includes senior positions at Chief and Kaiser Associates, where Sarah co-led the Organization Development Consulting Practice. Sarah holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University, and a BA from Tufts University.
