Phil Herman

Phil Herman has extensive experience in sales, management, and business development within the lumber industry. Currently serving as Manager at Alpine Lumber since January 2021, Phil has previously held various managerial roles at Allweather Wood/Humboldt Redwood, including Director of Sales and Distribution and Business Development Manager, focusing on expanding product lines into new markets. Phil's earlier roles include sales support and inside sales positions, along with experience in the insurance sector as a certified personal lines insurance agent. Phil holds an MBA in Business Management from Regis University and a BA in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado.
