Kaley Ball (Borchardt)

Kaley (Borchardt) Ball has a diverse work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Kaley started their career as an Architecture and Engineering Recruiting Intern at Aerotek in 2013. Kaley then joined Insight Global in 2014 and served as a Technical Recruiter before transitioning to the role of Account Manager. In 2018, Kaley joined KellyMitchell Group, Inc as a Managing Director. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director- National Accounts at Alpine Solutions Group since 2020. Kaley's work experience has provided their with a strong background in account management and leadership in the staffing industry.

Kaley (Borchardt) Ball pursued their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2014 at the University of Iowa. During this time, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Journalism and Mass Communication and Communication Studies.
