Claudia Bischof has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Claudia began their career at La Poste Suisse in 2000 as a Spécialiste GIS and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Touring Club Suisse as a Marketing Coordinator and was responsible for coordinating marketing activities. From 2009 to 2011, Claudia worked at EBL (Genossenschaft Elektra Baselland) as a Responsable marketing et communication Suisse romande, where they managed marketing and communication in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Currently, Claudia is employed at Alpiq since 2011, where they started as a Chargée de communication and later transitioned to become the Head Branding & Digital Channels.

Claudia Bischof attended BWI Management Weiterbildung in 2016, where they studied project management. In 2014, they completed a CAS Strategic Communication program at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, specializing in communication.
