Luiz Carlos Soares Junior

Luiz Carlos Soares Junior is an experienced Training and Development professional with a robust background in employee training programs across various industries. Currently serving as SOAM Regional Learning & Development Manager at ALPLA since February 2014, Luiz is responsible for training initiatives in Brazil and South America, focusing on data-driven KPIs. Previously, Luiz held the position of Training & Development Coordinator at BRF - Brasil Foods and worked as a Training & Development Specialist at Cyrela Brazil Realty, where program development and internal facilitator training were key responsibilities. Luiz also contributed to the Training and Development Plan at Banco Santander and managed training operations at ICDL Brasil and Ericsson, where significant regional initiatives were implemented. Luiz holds an MBA in Human Resources from FIA Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Unilins - Centro Universitário de Lins.
