Malte Rehfeld

Malte Rehfeld serves as the Country Manager for Morocco at ALPLA Group as of November 2023, while also holding the position of CEO Support Manager. Rehfeld has been the Managing Director at Uwe Rehfeld GmbH since January 2012, focusing on real estate acquisition and management as well as the production and trade of industrial products. Prior experience includes roles at Berry Global, Inc., where Rehfeld was Plant Director and contributed to significant operational improvements and industrial investments, and at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where leadership of a production unit was undertaken as a Production Engineer. Rehfeld's educational background includes master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin and École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, along with a bachelor's degree from Technische Universität Berlin.
