Manoj Nayal has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and software development. manoj is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at ALQIMI since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture from 2014 to 2020, where they held roles such as Associate Manager, Team Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Before joining Accenture, they worked at CSC as a Product Developer from 2013 to 2014. manoj began their career at Newgen Software Technologies Limited as a software engineer in 2009 and worked there until 2013.

Manoj Nayal completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from the College of Engineering Roorkee from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "HARVARDX Data Science: Inference and Modeling," "HarvardX Data Science: Productivity Tools," "HarvardX PH125.1x Certificate _ edX : Data Science: R Basics," "PH125.2x: Data Science: Visualization," and "PH125.3x: Data Science: Probability" from edX in June and August 2018. manoj also holds a "Splunk Certified User" certification from Splunk obtained in June 2018. Later, in April 2019, they obtained certifications in "Java" and "Java and Spring Framework" from TestDome. Most recently, in November 2022, they obtained the "CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer" certification from The Linux Foundation.
