Sergey Konstantinov

Sergey Konstantinov is currently working as a Program Project Manager at Alrosa Company Limited since August 2020. Prior to this, Sergey served as an IT Project Manager at SIBUR from September 2018 to August 2020, and as the Head of Development of Information Systems at VimpelCom, Russia from October 2015 to September 2018. Sergey started their career at Mango Telecom in January 2010 as the Head of Technical Support. Sergey holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics earned in 2009.
