James Joseph

James Joseph has been with Alshaya Group since October 2001, currently serving as Head of Operational Services - Hospitality. James oversees operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across multiple markets. With a background in hospitality management, James has experience managing various brands and leading teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Prior to Alshaya, James gained experience at The Resort Mumbai as a Trainee Captain. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Mangalore University.
