Michal Cieplak

Michal Cieplak has over 30 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Michal currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at Alshaya Group, where they manage strategic IT services for global brands across various markets. Prior to this, they worked at ACCO Brands as the Information Technology Service Delivery Director for EMEA, where they developed infrastructure and software standards and established quality metrics for operational processes. Michal also served as the Director of Worldwide IT Operations and Engineering at Esselte, where they led a team in delivering global network services and implemented strategic initiatives. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Softlab earlier in their career.

Michal Cieplak received a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology in 2005.
