Sona Saha Das

Sona Saha Das has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 1992, they started their career as a CTO at Infostar Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. and later worked as a CIO at TSR Darashaw Ltd (Tata Shares) and Pizza Hut & KFC (Dodsal Corp P. Ltd) until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Manager - DC & Recovery at Daimler South East Asia Pte. Ltd., where they managed the DC facility, DR and monitoring team, and the ITI setup function and operations across multiple countries and data centers. Sona then joined Royal Bank of Scotland Group in 2010 as a Sr. Mgr IT & Service Delivery - APAC, where they were responsible for IT Service Delivery for APAC and DR & BCP coordination. In 2012, they began working at Dell as a Global Program Manager, overseeing new service offers, field readiness, and large complex projects. Currently, they hold the role of Head - Data Strategy & Governance at M. H. Alshaya Co. starting from 2019.

Sona Saha Das has a post-graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH). Sona also holds a certification as a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from ISACA. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in different fields such as CISSP, Checkpoint Security, Cloud Computing, Cobit5, ITIL Foundation, MCP - Lync 2013, MCP - O365, Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional, Microsoft Certified Trainer - Dynamics NAV, Prince2 Practitioner, and TOGAF Certification Program.
