Waleed Hamdan

Waleed Hamdan, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Accountant at Gulf Cryo since January 2021, where responsibilities include providing financial analysis to senior management, preparing Consolidation Financial Statements, and advising on best practices in financial reporting. Prior to this role, Waleed held positions such as Assistant Manager at EY, where focus was on developing financial policies and enhancing finance functions, and Senior Financial Officer at Gulf University for Science and Technology, where oversight of cash flow and financial reporting was key. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Financial and Operational Auditor at AlSayer Group, conducting internal audits, and an advisory position at KPMG Kuwait, focusing on compliance audits. Waleed began their career at Bazie & Co., a member of RSM International, conducting audits in accordance with International Auditing Standards. Waleed holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Hashemite University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
