Editha I. Alcantara has served as Director of the Company since March 8, 1995. She holds a Business Administration degree from Maryknoll College and an MBA from Boston College. The Company's business, conducted through its subsidiaries and associates, is grouped into various categories, such as Energy and Power, Property Development and Other Investments. Its investment in Energy and Power business is through four subsidiaries: Conal Holdings Corporation, Alsing Power Holdings, Inc., Alsons Renewable Energy Corporation and Alsons Thermal Energy Corporation. ACR is engaged in the Property Development business through its subsidiary, Alsons Land Corporation (ALC). ALC is engaged in an approximately 72-hole golf course development with a residential component called the Eagle Ridge Golf & residential Estate. ACR, through ACR Mining Corporation (ACR Mining), is engaged in the acquisition of interest in Manat Mining Claims.
