Nikolai Golosmanov

Nikolai (Niko) Golosmanov has accrued several years of experience in management roles within the elevator industry. Starting in 2006, they worked at ALEX EA as a Sales Manager, Logistic and Field Manager, where they focused on developing customer relationships and overseeing project execution. In 2009, they became a Business Development Manager, successfully expanding market share and securing significant projects. In 2011, Golosmanov took on the role of Managing Director at ALEX EA Lifts, where they grew market share and prepared the organization for transformation into a corporate company. In 2014, they joined KONE Corporation as the Managing Director of Bulgaria, leading the transformation of the organization into a corporate entity and incorporating KONE's vision and values. From 2019 to 2022, Golosmanov held the position of Regional Maintenance Director at BAM, where they implemented strategic initiatives and drove digital transformation. In 2023, they joined Alstef Group as the Managing Director for Eastern Europe.

Niko Golosmanov obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia from 1993 to 2000. Nikolai (Niko) also earned an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from New Bulgarian University in 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Sofia High School of Mathematics from 1988 to 1991, where they focused on Mathematics and Informatics.
