Ana Pojar-Suarasan

Ana Pojar-Suarasan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, procurement, and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Development Manager for the Nordics at Alstom, Ana has also held roles such as HR Business Partner and Senior Team Lead for Procurement within the same company. Prior to Alstom, Ana worked at Bombardier in various leadership positions, focusing on procurement and HR. Additionally, Ana has freelanced as a translator and photographer, and has experience as an aerobics instructor at Away Club. Ana is pursuing a Doctor of Philology (PhD) at Babes-Bolyai University, building on a Master’s Degree in Media Production obtained from the same institution.
