Anselmo Dionisio

Anselmo Dionisio is currently serving as Planning and Control Manager at Alstom since December 2022, where responsibilities include Planning Manager and Finance Project Manager tasks. Previously, Anselmo held the position of Senior Planning Engineer at Stoneboy Inc. from December 2019 to December 2022 and has also been engaged in various roles at MENASCO, including Manager - Project Delivery and MEP Project Planning Engineer, contributing to project review and schedule preparation. Anselmo’s career also includes significant experience at Sta. Clara International Corporation as a Planning & Control Engineer and Planning & Cost Control Engineer, focusing on baseline schedules and project management updates, along with an earlier role at EEI Corporation as a Planning Engineer. Anselmo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bulacan State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
