Dinesh Ganeshan

Dinesh Ganeshan is a seasoned engineer specializing in HVAC systems with extensive experience in the automotive and electric vehicle sectors. Currently serving as Lead System Engineer - HVAC at Alstom since September 2025, Dinesh focuses on defining climatic comfort performance requirements and managing HVAC system architecture. Previously, at Garrett - Advancing Motion, Dinesh led the development of high-capacity HVAC systems for electric vehicles, ensuring customer-centric designs. Dinesh has also held senior engineering roles at Hanon Systems, where responsibilities included managing product development for HVAC and heater control units, and provided technical expertise throughout the design lifecycle. Dinesh's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and an MBA in Marketing Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from esteemed institutions.
