Gian Luca Erbacci

Gian Luca Erbacci is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the transportation and consulting sectors. Currently serving as President of the Europe Region at Alstom, Gian Luca has previously held the roles of Senior Vice President for both the Europe Region and the Middle East and Africa Region at the same company. Additionally, Gian Luca served as an Executive Consultant at GR Consulting SaS and as CEO of FOMAS Group. Prior experience includes the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Technical Operations at Trenitalia SpA, as well as Senior Vice President for Rolling Stock at Alstom Transport. Gian Luca holds a Doctorate in Astronomy and a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, both from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
