James Lovett

Vice President, Industrialization & Transformation (rolling Stock & Components) at Alstom

James Lovett is an experienced executive in industrialization and operations, currently serving as Vice President at Alstom since March 2019, where responsibilities include driving global footprint transformation and technology transfer initiatives in the locomotive and rolling stock sectors. Prior to Alstom, James held multiple leadership roles at Airbus from September 2016 to February 2019, overseeing the successful industrial launch of A320 wing assembly lines and leading cost reduction efforts for A380 production. From January 2006 to August 2016, James served as Site Director at Princess Yachts, managing significant P&L responsibilities and implementing successful new product introduction processes for superyachts. Earlier career experience includes roles at Dana Corporation and Jaguar Land Rover, focusing on program management and industrial engineering. James holds an MBA from the University of Bath and a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from the University of Nottingham.
