Laurent Gaultier

Laurent Gaultier is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and corporate affairs, currently serving as Contract Management Director and Vice-President of Legal Operations and Transformation at Alstom since 2015. Previously, Laurent held various key legal positions within Alstom Power, including Legal Director of Corporate Affairs and Director of License Management from 2011 to 2015, and Legal Director of Operational Functions from 2007 to 2010. Additional experience encompasses roles as Deputy General Counsel at Soletanche Bachy and Pride International Inc., and Legal Director positions at Leroy Merlin and Club Med. Laurent's early career includes legal roles involving international law and contract management at Bouygues Construction and ETPM International - Suez Group. Laurent holds a Master’s Degree in International Commerce and a JD equivalent in Private Law from Université de Tours.
