Lucas Herrera

Lucas Herrera has extensive experience in project and product engineering, with a focus on traction drives for high-speed trains and hybrid shunting locomotives. At Alstom, from September 2018 to May 2021, Lucas held roles as Chief of Project Engineering Managers and Chief of Project Engineer Managers, overseeing a team of 15 and responsible for project execution and performance metrics. Previous experience includes an internship at Tulsa Oilfield Equipment, where Lucas contributed to the design of an electronic control system for oil wells, and involvement in robotics and radio-communications at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Lucas also served as a professor for Mathematical Olympiad Preparation and coordinated summer camps for children. An Electronic Engineer specialized in Control from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, Lucas further enhanced skills through an Executive Education program at HEC Paris in 2021.
