Nathalie Bouvier

Nathalie Bouvier is Chief Strategy Officer and Alstom Leadership Committee Secretary since November 2022. Her scope of responsibility covers Strategy, Sustainability and CSR, Innovation, Public Affairs and Communications Function.

In 2010, she joined McKinsey France where she led various strategic projects and organizational transformation plans for major multinationals. Familiar with long term projects, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of industrial challenges and developed strategic agility.

Nathalie is an engineer with a graduate degree from Ecole Polytechnique and HEC.
