Rafika Moumen

Rafika Moumen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple regions. Currently serving as the HR Director for AMECA Digital & Integrated Systems and NCA at Alstom since January 2015, Rafika has previously held positions including MENAT HR Director, MEA Talent Management Director, and HR Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to Alstom, Rafika worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior International Recruiter at Louis Berger International and as an HR Specialist with different NGOs. Early career experience includes roles at Orange as a Recruitment and Training Specialist. Rafika holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Coaching from the same institution, along with an EMBA from Babson College majoring in startup projects and degrees in Human Resources and Communication from UPEC and Université Sorbonne Paris Nord.
