Shelia Kingsley

Shelia Kingsley serves as Site General Manager and Head of Operations at Alstom since January 2021, while also holding the position of Site General Manager and Project Manager at Bombardier Transportation since February 2015. Previously, at Bombardier Transportation from 2010 to 2015, Shelia held roles as Head of Project Management in Pittsburgh and Project Manager, leading a global cross-functional core team. Shelia's career began at General Motors, where from 2003 to 2010, Shelia advanced through various positions including Manufacturing Planner, Production Supervisor, and Tool and Die Supervisor, achieving notable efficiencies and savings. Earlier experience includes working as an Industrial Engineer at Bombardier Transportation from 2000 to 2002, where Shelia implemented Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Shelia holds an MS in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
