Shorouk Hany

Shorouk Hany is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development, currently serving as the OD, Compensation & Benefits Lead at PGESCO since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shorouk worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Alstom for a brief period and held multiple positions at ACROW FORMWORK TECHNOLOGY from August 2020 to November 2022, including Corporate OD, Compensation & Benefits Specialist and Corporate Training Specialist. Shorouk began a career as the Founder of Creative Crew Designs, an online print shop, from February 2017 to August 2020. Shorouk holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The German University in Cairo, completed in 2017, and a Thanaweya Amma in Mathematics from Manaret Al Farouk Language School, obtained in 2010.
