Thomas Lefebvre

Thomas Lefebvre is an accomplished Strategy and Transformation Director at Alstom since March 2013, leading significant initiatives such as the change management program post-Bombardier acquisition and the establishment of a global warranty function. With previous roles as Quality Director and Supplier Performance Director, Thomas has driven substantial improvements in quality performance and supplier management across multiple regions, particularly in Asia. Prior experience includes a strong focus on purchasing strategies at Renault and engineering leadership at Sony, coupled with a military background in defense cooperation.
