Joshua Ugalde

Joshua Ugalde is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Engineer at Alston Construction since May 2022 and as a Wrestling Coach at Duro Trained since January 2023, where a passion for developing youth wrestlers and sharing knowledge in Mixed Martial Arts and Jiu Jitsu is demonstrated. Previously held roles include Scientific Recruiter at Aerotek, Sales Consultant at Victory Home Remodeling, and Assistant Coach & Camp Counselor at Kerry McCoy's Maryland Wrestling Camps, where responsibilities included mentoring young athletes and guiding them through practices. Ugalde also gained valuable experience as a Social Media Intern at Pulse Marketing & Media, focusing on content management and SEO strategies. Ugalde holds a Bachelor's degree in American Studies and Communications from the University of Maryland, earned in 2020.
