Mohammad Alromy

Mohammad AlRomy currently serves as the Group General Counsel at Alsulaiman Group since August 2025, bringing over 15 years of legal experience. Prior to this role, Mohammad held the position of Legal Director at Nahdi Medical Co. from August 2020 to August 2025 and at Extreme Medical Consultants from January 2019 to August 2020. Mohammad has demonstrated expertise in leading legal departments, protecting organizational interests, and resolving legal issues while supporting various functions within companies. Previous experience includes Legal Director at Saudi Tadawi Healthcare Company, focusing on legal documentation and leading an IPO project, as well as a tenure as Legal Consultant at Sohaibani Law Firm Office. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from Yarmouk University and a Bachelor of Laws in Common Law from Al al-Bait University.
