Previous roles include Chairman of the AFL Players' Association, Executive Chairman of Up, and Group Executive at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where significant innovations in digital banking were implemented. With a strong legal background, Andrew has held senior positions in organizations such as Cricket Australia and Betfair, co-founding the latter and contributing to the establishment of local regulatory frameworks. Andrew's educational qualifications include an MBA from Melbourne Business School and dual degrees in Commerce and Law from Bond University, complemented by a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
