VP of Customer Success at Alt Legal

S. Ottinger has held a variety of roles in the legal and customer service fields over the past decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Development Associate at Rivendell Retirement, LLC. In 2012, they interned as a Legal Intern to the Staff Attorney at the 20th Judicial Circuit in Punta Gorda, FL. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Court Counsel at the 12th Judicial Circuit and as a Data Management Specialist at Healthcare IQ. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Better Business Bureau Northwest + Pacific, starting as a Lead Data Quality Consultant and eventually becoming the Resolutions Manager, where they managed 11 direct reports daily, were responsible for policy compliance and reporting, and handled hiring/interviewing and firing decisions. Since 2019, they have been employed at Alt Legal as a Product Manager, Director of Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Specialist.

S. Ottinger attended Stetson University College of Law from 2012 to 2014, earning a Juris Doctorate in Law. Prior to that, they attended The Art Institutes from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Arts and Animation. Additionally, they have a certification from the Cicerone® Certification Program as a Cicerone Certified Beer Server.
