Jason Dammeyer

Jason Dammeyer currently serves as Vice President of Accounting and Reporting at Alta Equipment Company, a position held since September 2021, following roles as Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Prior to this, Jason worked at Cooper Standard from February 2017 to September 2021 as Finance Manager and Technical Accounting Manager, focusing on the implementation of new US GAAP leasing and revenue standards, technical accounting guidance, and global accounting policy compliance. Previous experience includes a managerial role at ZF Group overseeing the transition to IFRS, as well as positions at Deloitte & Touche and The Sherwin-Williams Company, where Jason gained extensive experience in financial reporting and auditing. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
