Jason Rafalski

Jason Rafalski has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 at Circuit City as a Sales, Product Flow Specialist, and eventually becoming a Product Flow Team Supervisor. In 2010, they joined Direct Marketing Specialists as an HR Assistant before moving on to Alta Equipment Company. At Alta Equipment, Jason held various roles, including Payroll/HR Assistant, Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, and currently holds the position of Human Resources Director.

Jason Rafalski attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1999 to 2006. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management during their time there.
