Luis Pagan serves as the Inside Product Support Manager at Alta Equipment Company since February 2020, leading a five-person team focused on aftermarket sales and connectivity initiatives. Previously, at Flagler Construction Equipment from November 2017 to February 2020, Luis held the title of Parts Manager, where responsibilities included mentoring a team and overseeing daily operations in the parts department. At Locke Well & Pump Company from February 2015 to November 2017, Luis functioned as an Inside Sales Engineer, managing e-commerce business operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions. Luis's career began at Good Bye Hard & Smelly Water, where, from April 2005 to October 2014, Luis progressed from Technician to Lead Technician/Training Manager, focusing on client support and operational procedures. Academically, Luis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business & Information Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Seminole State College of Florida and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College.
